Comenity Account Assure Distribution

Welcome to the Information Website for the
Comenity Account Assure Distribution.

This is the official website established by Comenity Bank and Comenity Capital Bank (each can be referred to or collectively referred to as, “Comenity”) and the Distribution Administrator about restitution payments related to “Account Assure” and “Account Assure Pro” products. If you are an eligible customer of only one of the Comenity bank entities, then references to Comenity means that bank. If you are an eligible customer of both Comenity bank entities, then references to Comenity means both banks.

Preparation to issue restitution payments to eligible customers is currently underway and disbursements are expected to begin during the first quarter of 2016.

Payments will be issued automatically to all eligible customers and you do not need to do anything at this time to be eligible to receive a payment.
